| OPERATIONS/RESTAURANT MANAGER |
Previous supervisory experience in a quick service restaurant or food and beverage environment required.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supervising the daily operations of a specified unit and ensuring that the daily schedules of activity and established quality standards are maintained.
- Assigns, oversees and evaluates the work of the staff.
- Recommends promotions, transfers or terminations of employees based on progressive discipline or performance.
- Prepares work schedules for each employee and provides on-the-job training for all new employees and maintains daily timesheets recording hours worked and overtime.
- Delegates and is responsible for the ordering, storage and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, detergent and other supplies to ensure a minimum loss from waste or theft.
- Assists in the supervision of preparation, sales and food service.
- Prepare budgets for food, labor, equipment, direct costs, etc.
- Briefs staff of all promotions.
